We designed this home specifically to be the perfect Koukaki 1 bedroom - for couples, digital nomads, and business travelers who need more than just a place to crash.

Whether you’re here to explore the ancient city, or need a quiet base to stay productive, we’ve focused on the things that matter: a rock-solid internet connection, a quiet environment for deep sleep, and a neighborhood that feels like the "real" Athens.

We’re on a peaceful residential street in Koukaki, within easy walking distance of the Acropolis Museum, the beautiful Filopappou Hill (don't miss it), and just steps from some of the city's best artisan bakeries restaurants and bars.

The Rooftop 🌅
You’ll have full access to the building’s shared rooftop via a picturesque Athenian spiral staircase on your balcony. It offers a 360-degree view of Athens and is easily the best spot in the neighborhood to watch the sunset over Filopappou Hill, go up for a glass of wine, or some yoga sessions. Don't miss it.

Things to Know (Transparency First)
Reaching the shared rooftop requires a 3-story climb up the spiral stairs. It’s an amazing spot to sit and a highlight for our guests, but we want to be clear it might be challenging if you have vertigo.

Safety: This is a safe neighborhood to walk in day or night. The unit has a reinforced security door and sits on a very quiet street.

Eco-Hosting: We ask that you help us stay sustainable by turning off the AC when you're out exploring.

The Sunset Rooftop (Shared): Enjoy full access to the building's spacious rooftop terrace. It is located 3 stories up via the spiral staircase on your private balcony. Don’t miss it—the panoramic views of Filopappou Hill are the ultimate Athenian reward!

Building Security & Seamless Entry:

It is a 3-story climb; while the sunset view is a verified highlight, we recommend it for guests who are comfortable with stairs. The apartment itself is on the elevated ground floor (several easy stairs up from the entrance).

Quiet Hours & Respect: To maintain the "peaceful haven" our guests love, we kindly ask to respect the tranquility of the building and the street. This is a residential building on a quiet street, and we value the harmony of our neighborhood.

Eco-Friendly Climate Control: To support a sustainable stay, we ask that you turn off the AC and heating units when leaving the apartment. The central gas radiators provide excellent warmth during winter months - a premium feature in Athens!

Connectivity & Support: Your stay includes High-Speed Starlink WiFi. In the rare event of a technical glitch, we are locally based and ready to assist immediately.
